We ship all U.S. orders using DPD and their trusted international delivery partners. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees will apply when your parcel arrives in the United States. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected separately by the courier before delivery. You will receive an email notification from the chosen courier with payment instructions. You are required to pay the balance due within 3 days of the placing your order. You will be emailed daily for payment. Please ensure your email address is correct and can be used to contact you. Failure to pay the charges will result in your order being returned to us.
